This 9ct Gold and Fire Opal Oblong Solitaire Ring is a striking and unique piece of jewellery.
The high gallery mount means that the fire opal is elevated above the band, providing a dramatic, raised look; the high mount also adds a sense of grandeur and elegance to the design, giving the ring a more regal and luxurious feel.
The oblong (or elongated) Opal has flashes of blue and greens and has an eye catching appearance.
It is in great condition and inside the band it has London hallmarks for 9ct gold for the year 1969.
