Refund policy
You have the right to return your item within 14 days, To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return an item please:
Package the item securely.
Include the Invoice number and your contact details.
Ship the item to: Amberdales Vintage, PO Box 8451, Heanor, Derbyshire, DE7 0FZ, United Kingdom unless instructed otherwise by ourselves.
Please Email or WhatsApp the shipping details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage / shipping costs for returning your item. Postage / Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When purchasing your return postage / shipping you should consider including tracking, and insurance, we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unfortunately, we can't provide a refund for any items which are sent back to us that becomes lost, damaged or stolen in transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt / delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please be aware that once an item has been resized or altered or adjusted in any way it is no longer eligible for return or refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please clearly mark the package as "UK RETURNED GOODS" to avoid additional charges and taxes.
