All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of order received
ALL UK ORDERS ARE DELIVERED VIA ROYAL MAIL.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Royal Mail aim is usually next day).
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Royal Mail usually 2 to 3 days)
- Royal Mail Special delivery by 1.00pm next working, tracked, insured and signed for.
- Free U.K. postage / delivery on orders over £40.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE / SHIPPING.
We offer worldwide shipping priced from £14.99 depending on weight, value and insurance, shipping / postage will be displayed at Checkout before payment is made.
The dispatch from Amberdales Vintage will be via UK Royal Mail or UK Courier delivery will be via your countries Mail Service or Courier Service.
We will not be liable for any import duties or taxes for worldwide shipping at your border.
We do not charge VAT on any orders.
Please make sure the packaging is not damaged on delivery, if the package is damaged at delivery please let us know, take a photograph, please send the photograph via email or WhatsApp.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt / delivery, please check the contents of the package to make sure the goods inside are correct and what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible in the unlikely event the item is defective, damaged or if wrong / incorrect item is sent, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
